She was funny, friendly, and shared great insights about the Korean lash lift, which helped me understand the process better. I really appreciated her professionalism and warm personality. Sophie was very good with her technique - she was very light handed and I felt no discomfort throughout the entire process. I often struggle with my eyes watering under a heavy hand and this was experience was very calm. My only critique is that Sophie did not converse with me much which I found a little uncomfortable. I didn’t have much of an indication of what was going on which is usually preferred during a lash appointment.

Second time at The Lash Bar Boutique and exceptional service again! Natalie is very considerate, takes the time to listen to what you're after and I love her attention to detail. She makes you feel very comfortable and the salon is welcoming and chill :)

This was my first appointment with Jess and she was fantastic. Not only did we have an amazing chat, she was so gentle I barely noticed anything she was doing. I’m usually super sensitive to a lash lift but this was the most pleasant experience. Jess also made me part of the planning process, checking what shape and colour I was hoping to achieve. Could not recommend her enough, I’ll be back!

I'm very happy with my eyebrows lamination, Natalie is a natural makes my eyebrows always look great after she's done. I also had threading done to my eyebrows i hardly felt any pain she was so gentle. I would highly recommend her, beautiful person inside and out keep up the good work Natalie. ❤🙏👍
