She was gentle, patient and so understanding, which made the whole process way less nerve-wracking and actually enjoyable. Parlour was spotless, welcoming, and full of quirky personality—such a good vibe the moment you walk in. From booking to walking out with fresh ink, everything was smooth, professional, & well organised. This definitely won’t be my last tattoo.
