Gloss is easily the best salon not only in Milwaukee, but one of the best salons I've been to and I travel the country for work. Leena is amazing, and gives hands down, the best manicure I've ever had!

I had a great experience at Gloss Nail Spa! My nail tech, Kac, was very friendly and did an amazing job completely fixing my set of nails. She was also knowledgeable about different types of nail extensions and took the time to explain my options. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be coming back!

Jackie one on the manicurist was very welcoming and did a great job on my mani and pedi. I had to quickly schedule an appointment next month. Lauren was also welcoming and truly efficient. I will most definitely be returning to Gloss Nail Spa. Overall, very great customer service and great, clean, environment. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars.

Overall a big, big fan of the Gloss spa and have had great experiences before but this last time with Tiff (sic) was unfriendly, short and not what I asked for when I booked or when I was in the appointment itself. Will try coming back again and avoiding this particular tec.

This was our first time at Gloss. We try to have Mother/Daugter day at least once a month, this was the first spa that BOTH of us loved the service and experience. Our technicians, Lauren, Anna, and Thik were AWESOME! While getting my pedicure, I was already scheduling another appt. We've found a new spa!😅

Had an amazing first experience getting a Brazilian wax with Lauren. She explained what she was doing during each step and continuously checked in on how I was doing throughout the service. Clean/sterile, organized, and relaxing environment. Will be recommending her to family and friends!
