Jackie one on the manicurist was very welcoming and did a great job on my mani and pedi. I had to quickly schedule an appointment next month. Lauren was also welcoming and truly efficient. I will most definitely be returning to Gloss Nail Spa. Overall, very great customer service and great, clean, environment. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars.

Overall a big, big fan of the Gloss spa and have had great experiences before but this last time with Tiff (sic) was unfriendly, short and not what I asked for when I booked or when I was in the appointment itself. Will try coming back again and avoiding this particular tec.

This was our first time at Gloss. We try to have Mother/Daugter day at least once a month, this was the first spa that BOTH of us loved the service and experience. Our technicians, Lauren, Anna, and Thik were AWESOME! While getting my pedicure, I was already scheduling another appt. We've found a new spa!😅

This is my new shop now, love the ambiance, the staff is great, diverse and very informative, music on point, great location, clean and love they have you wash your hands before picking your color and they have towels vs papertowels no waste, new package of tools opened in front of you vs reuse of tools (i hope that is not a thing but you never know) and spacious A+++

I had a brazilian and a mani/pedí. I loved everything about Gloss. The ladies that took care of me were friendly, efficient and did great work!! This is my new go-to for spa treatments.

Memo did an excellent job on my nails. This was the first time I’ve had a dip manicure before and she took the time to explain the process to me. Memo also helped me pick out a color that wasn’t too crazy and worked well with my skin tone. The precautions the spa has in place to help keep guests and nail artists safe is also excellent.

So clean! Amazing procedures to address everyone’s safety! Everything sparkles! Staff is amazing!
