Yackie continues to do an awesome job with completing my mani and pedi. I am a guaranteed returning customer. I hope that Gloss Nail Spa will resume providing wine to customers who enjoy it.

Laura's massage was perfect. The bed was warm, the room had music which drowned out any noise that I would otherwise hear from another room and Laura let me relax and enjoy the massage by making sure I was comfortable and not engaging in conversation. I would definitely return for the massage. This is a place for a massage; not a spa. The room that the massage was in, was great, but there was not a room for relaxation afterwards. Instead, I relaxed in the lobby of the hotel, since I wasn't staying at the hotel.

Jackie one on the manicurist was very welcoming and did a great job on my mani and pedi. I had to quickly schedule an appointment next month. Lauren was also welcoming and truly efficient. I will most definitely be returning to Gloss Nail Spa. Overall, very great customer service and great, clean, environment. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars.

Overall good experience from booking through the massage! The workers were friendly and professional, some other venues I’ve been to in Milwaukee have slightly nicer facilities, but seeing as your eyes are closed most of the time it doesn’t detract from the experience much!

Overall a big, big fan of the Gloss spa and have had great experiences before but this last time with Tiff (sic) was unfriendly, short and not what I asked for when I booked or when I was in the appointment itself. Will try coming back again and avoiding this particular tec.

This was our first time at Gloss. We try to have Mother/Daugter day at least once a month, this was the first spa that BOTH of us loved the service and experience. Our technicians, Lauren, Anna, and Thik were AWESOME! While getting my pedicure, I was already scheduling another appt. We've found a new spa!😅

Spa was absolutely excellent 10/10

Therapists and massages were amazing. Weights dropping to the floor next door was slightly annoying and the fitness center attendees should not be allowed to use the spa bathroom. Made it seem a bit uncleanly. Still, LOVED IT!

Reviews are super important to me, so I thought I’d write one. There was not a website for Idle, as it is booked through the Iron Horse so I was initially nervous to book, but really needed a massage. Booked a couples massage. Really a great massage. Therapists listened to what we needed and addressed areas of concern. Environment was relaxing, bed was comfortable and atmosphere was perfect. Only downfall is that it is not attached to a spa, for example no hot tub/sauna with it, but can’t find that during COVID anyway. Highly recommend Idle and their massage services.
