We booked the premium experience and were not disappointed! I started with my massage which was amazing and then moved into the head spa room. The sensation of the waterfall tap and the dreamy smell of the products was a sensory utopia! You even get a décolletage and arm massage! My scalp felt clean and my hair was soft and shiny! Will definitely visit again and recommend this to everyone!

Yasmine was the masseuse I visited. She did an amazing job and I left the appointment feeling wonderfully relaxed and the discomfort I was feeling was quickly pinpointed and treated professionally with the correct amount of pressure and technique. I highly recommend visiting Yasmine or Yu as they are both excellent masseuses. I will definitely return for my 6th visit and beyond.

The head spa, back massage and facial were absolutely delightful and so relaxing. Everything was done with excellence. The cleanliness off the facility was impressive and I loved the end when I was shown to the 'parlour' and given a cup of ginger tea and shown all the hair products and dryer etc to style my hair. I had a wonderful experience at The Retreat head spa and Massage. It was my first time trying a head spa and it was phenomenal. I was so relaxed during my appointment I fell asleep! The staff were wonderful and educational about my scalp type. I enjoyed learning about products are best for my scalp. I will be recommending to my friends to visit.
