I had such an exceptional experience at the spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. I went in for a waxing service, and I was honestly so impressed. The esthetician was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was done with great care and attention to hygiene, which I really appreciated. The results were smooth and flawless, and the whole experience was far less painful than I expected. You can tell she truly know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Luraine enough! Not only was my wax service quick and professional, but she truly saved the day by squeezing me in for a gel fill. She didn’t rush it at all, it is easily the most perfect fill-in I’ve ever had on the island. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such high quality work. I’ll definitely be back!

I arrived really early for my wax appointment and was warmly welcomed, was even offered a cup of tea while I waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture. When it was time for my appointment, everything went smoothly. I felt really comfortable throughout the service, and the overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend and I myself would return, matter of fact, I booked my next appointment right away!

I love visiting Nikki and the ladies when I visit Vincy! Time and again, they greet and welcome you with so much warmth, and the services provided are excellent (I have done mani/pedi, massage, and waxing). You can tell the ladies take pride in their work and ensure you are comfortable throughout your service. I will always return here anytime I'm in Vincy because it is the cutest spot with such fantastic service and great prices! I 100% recommend visiting Magnolia for a pamper treatment!
