Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

Wonderful! My nails were in a terrible state when I came in and thanks to my technician's skill, care and individualised attention, they came out healthier, stronger and looking great. The salon itself is lovely too - a calm, tranquil setting in which to unwind.

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

I highly recommend: good quality of service (waxing) and nice atmosphere!

Honestly I've been going to Charlotte for a few years now, she's incredible! After having a terrible experience when I younger I never thought I'd have my nails done again, that was until I met Charlotte. When stepping into her salon you immediately feel relaxed and welcome. I recently had my first pedicure which i was very nervous for but Charlotte made me feel so calm and relaxed. I'll definitely be having another set done. She amazing at everything she deos!

I had a million dollar facial and had compliments on my skin immediately after. I’m thrilled with the results. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. She has extremely high standards in her salon and her treatments. Her warm, caring and positive nature makes the whole experience such a pleasure. Could not recommend highly enough.

Relaxing warm atmosphere, lovely music. Nice cup of herbal Tea. Lauren makes me feel so comfortable whatever treatment I’m having from a pedicure to waxing which I have regularly. Excellent service every time.

Can't rate Charlotte highly enough.... Not only is she a fab beautician but she's also such lovely company and the salon has a very cosy, friendly atmosphere. I love visiting Charlotte for my beauty treatments and so does my daughter :)

I also had Charlotte for my wedding, she listened to exactly what I wanted, as I don't wear make up and made me feel so relaxed. I'd never go anywhere else for my beauty treatments!
