Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

Charlotte, what a babe. This woman knows her stuff. She is so lovely and instantly made me feel so welcome in her salon. She is very knowledgeable and professional and clearly loves what she does. Aliona is BY FAR the best I've had for waxing, especially eyebrows and face. The wax she uses is super soothing and gentle, and her technique is super quick and so thorough (this lady doesn't miss a hair!). Thank you Aliona, I will be back!

Bianka was very professional, but also very welcoming and so careful to minimise pain for my waxing treatment in such a lovely setting. I will absolutely be booking again.

Biancas energy and enthusiasm for her services and her passion for holistic health and beauty left me feeling really uplifted. My waxing was very professional and care was taken to ensure I had the correct preparation and after treatment. I am very pleased with the result. It's been a great experience have a wax with Bianca. Honestly I've been going to Charlotte for a few years now, she's incredible! After having a terrible experience when I younger I never thought I'd have my nails done again, that was until I met Charlotte. When stepping into her salon you immediately feel relaxed and welcome. I recently had my first pedicure which i was very nervous for but Charlotte made me feel so calm and relaxed. I'll definitely be having another set done. She amazing at everything she deos!
