I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Today was my first appointment with Fran and I will definitely book another. It was clear she was an experienced therapist who enjoyed her work. I arrived stressed due to traffic and Fran had me practically asleep in minutes. Whole-heartedly recommend.

Fran is such a gem, I'm so glad I happened upon her clinic. I've been for facials, brows and lashes, and her skill and expertise across all areas is second to none. I was a bit apprehensive before having my first ever peel, but Fran was so reassuring both beforehand by message and during (by answering my neverending stream of questions!) that I felt completely at ease. I ended up with great results from the peel with zero downtime, which is a testament to Fran's experience of treating different skin types! She's both an incredible professional and a lovely person and I'd highly recommend her!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I left feeling so relaxed and my skin now feels soft and replenished. I had the Glow Facial with a back massage, but Fran also gave a super relaxing foot, arm and head massage whilst the face mask was on. I'll definitely book again when back in Bath. Highly recommend!
