I was so happy with how Song Yi transformed my hair yesterday. She’s very gentle and also talked me through the whole process of my haircut. She deserves the recognition. This is definitely the salon I’ll be going back to when I’m in Montréal.

If you’re looking for a luxurious and comfortable waxing service, this is the place to go! Lisa was gentle, professional and meticulous in her work. I got the Full (V) (brazilian) service and felt very comfortable the whole time. She used high quality products and made sure I left clean and wax (and hair) free! I highly recommend her services.

PERFECTION I know there is not a lot of reviews but listen! I have never been this smooth in my life. This was my first time waxing. So saying i was terrified is an understatement. But hey, birthday girl right? Lisa was so warm and kind starting from the door! The waiting room and work room had a cozy vibe. Despite the fact this was literally a brazilian wax, she still left the room so i could undress. I felt valued the whole time. Not once was i shamed despite my own quirkiness. Before starting she took her time to explain what i should expect and reassured me throughout the procedure.

Good customer service ! First time Brazilian was hurting soooo bad but the esthetician took the time to explain to me how it works, took the time to make sure I was satisfied and if she should continue or stop. She also took the time to remove hair correctly and even ended up with a clip to remove the tiny hair that wasn't able to go off with the wax. I doubted a long time to get a wax down there because I was shy but she made it feel non-awkward which I appreciate ! I had a great time with her :) (as possible as it is while being waxed down there lol)

As always Noura was fantastic in her waxing. Everyone at the shop is always very inviting and friendly. My eyebrows were done very well although I was cut twice with the thread on my eyelid. I didn't notice till next day.

Anjali is great at threading and waxing my brows and upper lip. She’s very kind and pays a lot of attention to detail. The ladies there are overall very nice and straight to the point with service, which I prefer.

My experience in this salon has been one of the best experiences I've had doing my nails in Montréal. Since the tender age of 15 or 16 years old, I've settled and gotten used to mediocre quality. I'm currently 28, my first set of nails at Riria lasted me for almost 5 weeks with no cracks, fogging or lifting. The design art is seamless, my nails don't feel like they have too many coats. The products they use are fantastic. The space is clean and welcoming. The girls are talented and meticulous. I strongly recommend my girl Neda, she's incredibly talented. I love my new refill, Thank you 😚

Definitely a hidden gem! I feel very lucky to have found Kep Skincare, especially Claudia. I’ve tried several of her services and she never disappoints. She simply puts SO much care into everything. I am currently enjoying my pain free but also very effective laser hair removal. Claudia has been really patient and kind during the process as I can get nervous sometimes. She always answers all my questions, explains thoroughly, and simply goes above and beyond. I’m looking forward to my next sessions with her! 😊
