Kyla, who performed the treatment, was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session, explained the process clearly, and was incredibly attentive to my comfort. Her expertise and gentle approach really put me at ease. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and clearly well-maintained, which added to the overall sense of trust and quality. I had my first time hydra facial with Kyla and i honestly can go on and on about the amazing experience I had when I first met her and spoke to her!
