Tara is exceptionally skilled at waxing. I have been getting waxing done for 13 years and have had many different beauty therapists over the years, but Tara is the best. I am based in Ipswich and book with her whenever I stay at the Sunshine Coast for a holiday. She is worth it! I highly recommend her.

Loved the girls. So easy going & extremely friendly. The waxing itself: I have nerve damage so waxing hurts me more than the average person, but their technique was different 2 anything I've ever had before & a LOT more gentle on the skin. The only downside is that you may have 2 park in the side streets nearby as parking is minimal. Having said that, it's still much closer than getting a park & walking thru Sunshine Plaza to the salons there. The Wax Pot also offers a full range of feminine waxing along with other services. I'm def. a permanent customer after my 1st visit.

Service was good, I was probably more disappointed in the fact that there is a Sunday surcharge but it doesn’t actually state that on the website or the booking link. It just says public holiday surcharge so I think head office would really benefit by telling their customers that. I also wasn’t aware that when you get the eyebrow shape and tint it is purely just waxing and tinting. I would’ve thought that it would’ve been mapped out and possibly some trimming and tweezerIng along with that shaping but the overall experience was good…. Melissa is lovely

I had a really good experience at Browco Brow & Lash Bar in Sunshine Plaza. This was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted. The staff member was quick with the service whilst doing a thorough job. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Absolutely love getting my eyebrows waxed by Fabi. I don't even need to tell her how I want my eyebrows. I have thicker dark eyebrows and don't like then being too thin. One of my eyebrows has a higher arch and she is the best at evening them out and making sure all the long hairs are tidied up

I recently had skin needling and eyebrow waxing done at Iluka Skin, and Leah was amazing. Being new to these treatments, I’ve really appreciated her warm and informative approach. Leah has taught me a lot about my skin type and the right products to use, and I've noticed a big improvement in my skin's clarity, elasticity, and overall appearance. The lady was lovely. Got a full Brazilian as promised. Hair removal was good. There was wax bits left over which got stuck to my underwear and made walking painful and uncomfortable. I've never had this with previous waxes. So maybe clean up needs a bit more work.

Fabina is absolutely lovely and did a beautiful job on my pedicure and my eyebrow wax and tint was fantastic, the shape is perfect. I will be going back again for future beauty treatments.
