Donna is highly skilled and experienced in buccaneers massage. Donna put me at ease immediately and I can’t believe that after just one appointment felt tension release in my jaw and neck. Tension we carry around daily is difficult to identify and Donna’s work and care left me feeling lighter and more relaxed in this area than I have for a long time. Donna knows what she is doing, intuitive and responsive. I’ll be back. Thank you Donna.

My eyes were strained from too much screen time, but they felt completely revitalized and clear afterward. The technique around the eyebrows and scalp was so good, it was pure heaven. If you're looking for professional work and deep relaxation, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Very relaxing. Not like the usual “busy” salons I have experienced in the past in Cairns. I felt like I was treated with dignity & respect. Every ingredient was explained to me. Sally was very thoughtful, asked me what tea I would like to drink during the foot spa session, & engaged in providing quality time with my feet, toes and lower limb massage. I will be returning to Serene Retreat when I am in Cairns again next. Serene Retreat is now my new chosen place of serenity for receiving an ultimate pedicure and massage.
