Incredibly knowledgeable, warm, friendly and patient. Annabel explains everything so well and helped me understand what my recovery would look like depending on the type of surgery I end up having. Explaining how I can best 'train' ahead of surgery to help my recovery. I expect Annabel to be key to my recovery process.

Lovely space to be treated in. Hot chair and eye mask and after 15min I was so relaxed. Walked out feeling like I’d had a little holiday. It was such a treat to switch off for an hour and have time to heal.

Not only is Jess extremely talented and an expert in her field, she has the ability to put you at ease immediately. Would highly recommend Eden Reflexology and I am already looking forward to further appointments.

Another wonderful session with Jess. I slept so well last night after having a little period of 3am wake ups (thanks hormones). I also noticed that despite my wake up call being my boys being less than friendly to each other, I was able to be calm and deal with it with kindness. I really don't know what I'd do without my regular monthly time with Jess, it helps me feel balanced, calm and the best version of me. Thanks so much, Jess.

Jess' treatments are simply wonderful. She is so calm and patient and puts you at complete ease. I always sleep better after my treatments and it's helping other perimenopause symptoms such as brain fog and mood swings. I find I'm more resilient to life's little challenges after my sessions too. Jess has created a lovely environment, my treatments with her are always really relaxing. I am living with stage four cancer and Jess has helped me with my symptoms/side effects and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm getting what I need from the treatment. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
