Incredibly knowledgeable, warm, friendly and patient. Annabel explains everything so well and helped me understand what my recovery would look like depending on the type of surgery I end up having. Explaining how I can best 'train' ahead of surgery to help my recovery. I expect Annabel to be key to my recovery process.

The best massage in Wilmslow……..Had a full body massage and it was simply amazing. Felt so relaxed after and I will be back for sure. Before massage I was asked what type of oils would I like, I said a relaxing massage so lavender and ylang ylang were used. I filled out the customer form to highlight any conditions I had and what part of my body needed extra attention. Fiona focused on my back and neck and I felt a lot of relief and I had less tightness in those areas. Very comfortable warm bed and a very relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Fiona and see you soon x

I recently had microneedling and red light therapy with William Foley, and the experience was fantastic. I had Botox and treatment for my smile lines with Rachel yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My smile lines disappeared instantly, and although I’m still waiting for the Botox to take full effect, it’s good to know that a free top up is included after two weeks if needed. Rachel was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone.

I cannot recommend William's skincare products enough—I will never go back to shop-bought products. My skin is clear, feels soft, and has no more dry patches; even my redness has reduced. My routine now feels like a pamper session rather than a chore. I even left the house without makeup today, which I never would have done before. The facials are a must too—truly the most amazing facial and skincare experience. I always leave with glowing skin. From start to finish, the experience is exceptional, with a real spa feel. William also gives advise on how to support your skin from the inside out.

Robbie was great. I booked in for a dental treatment but the therapist didn’t come to work- Robbie contacted me to ensure I was still okay to proceed and to be truthful I did feel a little apprehensive but I needed the wax for an event that day and didn’t have an alternative. When there Robbie was very lovely, but me at ease and did a really great job. I usually go quite red and it’s lasts most of the day, but I haven’t today, the redness has gone down very quickly.
