Great red light therapy bed provided, that is quite powerful. Space is clean and comfortable. Owner is friendly and approachable. Heard that he is looking at getting a timer that would help with knowing when to switch over, which will be helpful but I just use my phone timer in the meantime.

It was my first time trying red light therapy, and the experience was absolutely great. Although the shop is small, it’s clean and tidy. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to patiently explain how the therapy works and what to look out for. There was zero hard-selling, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. The treatment itself felt warm and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem with a genuinely warm and welcoming vibe.

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.
