For chronic conditions or recovery, 4 consecutive weekly sessions (sometimes up to 6 or 8) are recommended, depending on your needs. 

Reflexology

Therapeutic Massage is the ideal option if you have a light injury or ongoing issues with specific muscles or trigger points that need individual attention. It can help ease tension, increase range of motion, and relieve both acute and chronic pain, as well as reduce swelling in joints and soft tissue. 

During a therapeutic massage, I adjust the pressure to the client's needs. I may use firmer pressure and pay more specific attention to muscle knots or trigger points. For muscular relaxation and pain relief, medium pressure is most effective, according to clinical studies.

For lymphatic drainage, the pressure is light, and massage techniques are slow, smooth and repetitive, to encourage flow, and I stimulate reflexology points to support the body's processes.
