I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

I can’t recommend Xen Therapy enough. Xenia took the time to ask questions to fully understand exactly what I needed and she made me so comfortable throughout. This was the best massage I’ve ever had, I feel mentally and physically lighter. The environment was so relaxing and calm.

Struggled to find somewhere right for me after my regular place closed. Xen sets a relaxing atmosphere and is lovely to chat to but happy to offer the deep pressure I love and many other places fall short on. Absolutely addicted to her massages and wish I could go more than once a month.

He quickly put a clear plan in place that has helped me get back to functioning well. Beyond his expertise, Dave is personable and genuinely understanding, which makes every appointment enjoyable. The facilities are excellent, adding to the overall positive experience. I would recommend Dave to anyone, especially those struggling with sports-related injuries — you’ll be in very good hands.

David was very helpful and supportive of my running injury. Explained everything in detail and provided a clear plan to help me return to running. Provided support by email inbetween sessions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend for anyone struggling with an injury or looking for specialist physiotherapy support.

A great listener and has very analytical approach, he proscribed exercises to alleviate my sciatica and referred me for MRI scan at my request to find the route cause of the problem which it did. He explained the Scan Report to me with supporting graphical information, so that I could fully understand the diagnoses, despite me thinking the problem was the result of an earlier accident. He also put me through a strengthening workout in his gym/consultation facility and I now have a management plan.

Amazing experience! Massage felt personalised and addressed all my concerns.
