I had such an amazing experience today at Ark Massage Therapy. Andrew made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I have PCOS and can feel self-conscious about my face being touched, but he put me at ease straight away. The massage itself was incredible Andrew is friendly, knowledgeable, and I learned so much from today’s session. I’ll definitely be booking in again soon 😀

Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.

Ive been coming to kirsty's sound baths, reiki and yoga for a wee while now and ive Recently had a 1:1 with kirsty too. This woman has changed my life, she has not only been one of the nicest person I have met but she makes you feel so welcomed and relaxed. I feel alot calmer in my mind body and spirit. Our 1:1 was reiki, Indian head massage with sound and WOW. The Indian head massage was amazing, I have a sensory thing with my head being touched but she instantly made me feel at ease before we started. It was absolutely amazing and sooooo relaxing. Will definitely be booking in for more 💛💚

Arran is fantastic. In 6 months we’ve almost fully rehabbed my shoulder, taking it from pain at the tiniest of things to shoulder pressing 24kg dumbbells! He’s also offered a lot of helpful insight into additional aspects of my training rehab which have been very helpful. Arran also has some good chat, so sessions are never boring! Thanks again.

I have been to one of Kirstys yoga & sound baths at the studio & just loved the atmosphere there, so calm & welcoming so I booked in for an Indian head massage & Reiki (my 1st ever). When I arrived, Kirsty explained everything over a cup of herbal tea & then she worked her magic! The massage was so good & the hot towels were a lovely addition. Then onto the Reiki session - the treatment bed was so warm & soft I could've stayed all day. I loved it, went home feeling lighter, more positive & totally relaxed. Can't recommend enough!

Craig is absolutely fantastic! He is an amazing professional who genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. He has endless patience when explaining the exercises, listening to your concerns, discussing your wellbeing, and tailoring your rehab plan to your individual needs. Thanks to Craig’s expertise, dedication, and constant support, I have exceeded my surgeons’ and traumatologists’ expectations by far. I honestly couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Highly recommend Andrew. His understanding of laryngeal and vocal anatomy is exceptional. The physical release in my throat and airway was immediate, and the clinic environment is entirely professional. Will definitely be back for follow-up sessions.

My massage with Nadine was absolutely lovely. As soon as I got up from the massage bed after treatment, all the tension in my shoulders and legs melted away, and I felt so relaxed. Nadine was incredibly professional, and I’ll definitely be returning! :)

Gavin is a top guy. Was top notch from start to finish. He took 2 mins to diagnose me and got to work sorting it straight away. Good chat also which makes you feel at ease right away. Ive now got a structured plan which allows me to still train while focusing on rehab for my shoulder. Would highly recommend in the future. Thanks again for today.

Amy has made a huge difference to my under eye area using the Polynucleotide treatment. This area had really been getting me down with wrinkles and sagging and this treatment has been really effective. As always it is a lovely warm and professional experience and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Amy to anyone looking to have some aesthetic work done.
