Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Aftercare was also great, Farah emailed me a list of exercises to target my problem areas to try at home. I have since recommended Therapyfit Clinic to a number of work colleagues. Thank you Farah.

King Thai Therapy has become my second home. I have been a regular customer for many many years now and they never disappoint. I love the services provided for all needs aches and pains, facials and pregnancy massage. Thank you to all Therapists who all do a great job. A big thank you to Saranya who really knows her job well and makes me feel happy relaxed after the massage with great communication skills and smiling face. All staff members are polite and happy with great customer skills. I have never experienced anything bad in all these years while booking over the phone or in person.

A beautiful physical space, setting the scene for your exploration within. The Floating Spa is a reflection of its owner Nav, who is patient, gentle and kind allowing your experience of the float to continue as you reflect in the lounge area, for as long as you want. A repeat customer who always finds her way back to this space for rest and reset. Thank you Nav for this space ❤️

Holli gave me a fabulous massage and reflexology session - who knew that having therapy on your feet could make your whole body relax, but it did. I would 100 per cent recommend Holli and she took away my stress, aches and pains and anxiety and I floated out of her room on a cloud of tranquility! I can't wait to go back again. Thank you Holli for putting my mind and body back together again.

Brilliant treatment and physiotherapy from Bilal

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. OMG amazing. I stepped out of the tank and all my aches and pains were no longer there and it felt so good. It was so exhilarating and when I got back to work I was on such a high and raved to everyone in the office how good I felt so I have booked another session. I would highly recommend this therapy.

Brilliant treatment as always from Bilal - great mix of physio therapy , sports massage ( best I’ve ever had) and also excellent results from cupping so far !

Really impressed by the overall improvement, especially my mobility and my ongoing hip pain. Nothing worked until i tried Cryotherapy!!! Left my skin glowing and my irrational phobia of cold and therapy chambers has vanished too. Couldn't be more grateful for giving it a go, it really does what it says.

Bilal’s strength and knowledge is unmatched! I have a knee injury + a very physical job, and I came to him at my wit’s end. I walked out of the massage feeling like I rented a whole new body! I’m experiencing mobility I haven’t had in weeks, and he even gave me a few exercises to help moving forward.
