Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Aftercare was also great, Farah emailed me a list of exercises to target my problem areas to try at home. I have since recommended Therapyfit Clinic to a number of work colleagues. Thank you Farah.

Farah was really welcoming and informative. Also friendly and quite bubbly so it was a nice comfortable experience. Felt a lot better after my massage. Was having issues with tightness in my ankles and legs. Will come back again

I take part in Brazilian Jiujitsu, football, weight lifting, and hiking, so my muscles are constantly tight. Gurdev is an absolute gem very knowledgeable and great at what he does. I was having difficulty lifting and manoeuvring my left arm. Gurdev identified the issue and carried out the therapy session. I have instant relief after 1 session! Looking forward to the follow in a couple of weeks.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. My Mother has been suffering from a shoulder injury for some time now and unfortunately, this is just a symptom of more deeper rooted issues. Gurdev thoroughly examined the issue (generating a digital analysis) but also had an excellent understanding of the wider issue and the pathway to ease the pain and hopefully solve the problem. Very impressed and looking forward to my appointment tomorrow! I'm in very safe hands and highly recommend him!

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.
