This was my third time experiencing contrast therapy, but my first visit to Sweat & Chill, and I absolutely loved it! From the moment I arrived, Chelle made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, professional, and guided me through the experience, making it both relaxing and enjoyable. The sauna and ice bath combination was incredible. Chelle is such a powerfully potent energetic force! I felt so safely held in her energy and presence. My body was very receptive to her energy and I appreciated the moments that Chelle allowed my energy to align the way that it was meant to throughout our session. Lots of tingles and jingles and shifts around my throat, heart and solar plexus chakras. I feel a strong sense of grounding and calmness in the aftermath. Just had what I think is my fifth session with Alex and honestly, every time just confirms how powerful this work is. I couldn’t recommend it more.
