All of the staff at North York Ink were kind, patient, and committed to their craft. I got a piercing from Taylor and a tattoo from Hettie. They were both there to give me advice and provide me with an experience that helped me feel comfortable and confident that I was going to leave with exactly what I wanted. Their creativity and knowledge of their respective crafts were very evident, and I had a wonderful experience. Will definitely be going back!

Taylor was really nice even though I was late and was super clear when explaining how to take care of my piercings and was super open to any questions I had. Abby (the tattoo artist, I think that was her name) was also really kind and let me sit with my friend who was getting tattooed. Would totally come back for my next piercings!

Today was one stop shopping. Tattoo with Edgar (the best tattoo artist in town) and then on to a double piercing from the sweetest piercer ever - Laura. Tattoo is beautiful (as always) and Laura did a great job with my piercings. I highly recommend North York Ink for your tattoos and piercings. Our niece spent a week with us before going to university and we took in as much of Toronto as possible, capping our visit off with spontaneous tattoos at NYI. Had to come in to get a very recent Tragus piercing "fixed"..it had come unscrewed last night and I was able to come in today. I saw Taylor again. She was amazing. The pain was unbelievable but she walked me through it and readjusted the other helix piercing I had done. I am definitely only going to Taylor for any future piercings. I highly recommend her and North York Ink. Very happy!
