One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. My treatment experience was great, however the salon appointment did not match mine (mine was 12 noon, theirs was 12:30🤦♀️). This resulted in a scurry to allocate a beautician, since I arrived too early. After the soak- off, another beautician arrived who didnt know whether I was there for a mani or a pedi. I'm disappointed by this inefficiency which marred the treatment experience. I expected a smooth, slick experience. Not sure I'll be back.

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!
