This is my first visit to the salon and it was a wonderful experience. Maria explained the entire process clearly, offered thoughtful recommendations, and styled my hair beautifully. She also provided helpful aftercare advice. Her warm, friendly nature immediately put me at ease and made me feel completely comfortable in her chair. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her.

I had a wonderful experience. It was a small space yet I felt so cozy and comfortable. I was offered some tea by Carisa. Her personality was EVERYTHING by the way; so inviting and friendly. Her work speaks for itself. She took her time and did such a thorough job. I even purchased a gift certificate for someone deserving on my way out. I will definitely be back.

It was an amazing experience. My hair felt and looked healthy and beautiful after the service. I was also informed on my hair type and how much product I should put in my hair when it's wet and when it's dry. The overall service was wonderful and I would recommend The Finished Look to all my friends and family.

Firstly when i walked in , I was blessed with a great scenery with the early colours and not too much lighting. I was greeted and given instructions, the process was very simple and she spoke to me throughout the entire session. It's has been years since I waxed but it was not as bad as I thought. I would definitely recommend

Maria is a warm person. She is punctual and professional. She is efficient and deliberate in the hair care. My results were very good..condition...trim and twist style..my hair ws left soft and bouncy....will definitely be back!!!

I needed a quick last minute shampoo ,and although, this business is operated by appointments only, Maria was very accommodating when I called to book the appointment. She was very thorough and I enjoyed the pressure on my scalp - very relaxing. My locs were towel dried, followed by a cool blow dry and oiled after. Definitely a lifesaver today!! Grateful 🥲
