I had such a lovely experience at Skin Retreat by Charlotte. Charlotte is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and I immediately felt completely at ease. She took the time to understand what I wanted and explained everything clearly throughout the treatment. The treatment itself was amazing and I was really pleased with the results. You can tell Charlotte has years of experience and genuinely cares about her clients and the results she achieves. The treatment room is lovely, clean and welcoming, and I never felt rushed. I felt like I’d had 3-4hrs of pampering, not 1 hr. The cabin was warm & welcoming, Hannah had a cozy bed ready with warm blankets and a soft. After the initial health check, I had her new Bio Peel treatment, & was talked through every step of the process. Hannah checked I felt comfortable with the products on my face. I can’t wait for the next treatment in a couple of months.
