Very enjoyable appointment with lovely Holly. A relief after a fraught start when my left sandal strap came adrift as I was driving to my appointment. That necessitated a return home, change of footwear and the stress of being late. A quick phone call to Holly gave me reassurance as she was so kind and understanding. My appointment went very smoothly after that and I even found a parking space right outside. Holly and Maria lifted my spirits and I left with beautifull ejuvenated nails and a lighter heart. Thank you ladies. Happy Birthday Maria and I wish Holly a very happy holiday in August.

What a sublime experience - Cleo is a skin maestro and a beautiful human to boot. She has transformed my inflamed, perimenopausal, acne prone skin. Her techniques and tools are first class. The other day I was told I have “glass skin” - which I attribute to Cleo. Says it all!

Such a lovely experience. I was gifted a voucher from the children at work. I went for a luxury pedicure. My feet feel amazing! Ellie was my beautician and she was very friendly an chatty whilst maintaining professionalism. Very impressed. I will be trying them for my acrylics once I have my current set removed. :-)

As always, the welcome, treatments and relaxing atmosphere were perfect. We are so lucky to have such a high-quality spa with such a good variety of treatments and excellent therapists local to us in Lewes.

Amazing facial! Perfect mix between calming and medical: so relaxing with massage and lymphatic drainage but also felt like it was doing a really good cleanse.

Cleo completely transformed my skin in just one visit. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, completely cured my perioral dermatitis with her advice, and delivers the most glorious, relaxing facial I’ve ever known. She’s also warm, kind and you feel like you’re visiting an old friend. Couldn’t recommend her more.

I was made to feel so comfortable, I don't normally treat myself to nails etc....but all the staff made me feel at ease.chatted and offered drinks. Great experience and booked for 3wks time.The place is lovely and the product range on offer is very varied.

Charlotte is such a professional, she listens to exactly what you want and delivers every time. The salon is clean and well laid out and all the chairs are comfortable. The range of treatments you can get are amazing and the service and friendliness of the staff cannot be recreated anywhere else. I will not go to another beauty salon

Excellent appointment with Lucy; great French polish on hands and lovely bright blue on toes! It is such a friendly place to be; as well as all the beauticians, I always meet such lovely people there, which is just as important as the service I receive! Thanks so much!!
