Very enjoyable appointment with lovely Holly. A relief after a fraught start when my left sandal strap came adrift as I was driving to my appointment. That necessitated a return home, change of footwear and the stress of being late. A quick phone call to Holly gave me reassurance as she was so kind and understanding. My appointment went very smoothly after that and I even found a parking space right outside. Holly and Maria lifted my spirits and I left with beautifull ejuvenated nails and a lighter heart. Thank you ladies. Happy Birthday Maria and I wish Holly a very happy holiday in August.

What a sublime experience - Cleo is a skin maestro and a beautiful human to boot. She has transformed my inflamed, perimenopausal, acne prone skin. Her techniques and tools are first class. The other day I was told I have “glass skin” - which I attribute to Cleo. Says it all!

Such a lovely experience. I was gifted a voucher from the children at work. I went for a luxury pedicure. My feet feel amazing! Ellie was my beautician and she was very friendly an chatty whilst maintaining professionalism. Very impressed. I will be trying them for my acrylics once I have my current set removed. :-)

As always, the welcome, treatments and relaxing atmosphere were perfect. We are so lucky to have such a high-quality spa with such a good variety of treatments and excellent therapists local to us in Lewes.

Amazing facial! Perfect mix between calming and medical: so relaxing with massage and lymphatic drainage but also felt like it was doing a really good cleanse.

The best facial I've ever had (and I've had many!) I had the age resist radiofrequency which used a variety of tools, top quality products and unique techniques - all culminating in my skin feeling taut, rejuvenated - and glowing. I really appreciated not being left lying in a room with a face pack on for 15 minutes, like most other salons. Instead, I was treated to a wonderful head, neck and shoulder massage. A friendly, welcoming team, luxurious setting and every effort made to make you feel totally pampered. I highly recommend and will be back!

It was my first visit to this beauty salon and my first impression was how welcoming everybody was. The salon is tastefully decorated with warm calming colours and an atmosphere to match. I am an "elderly Nanny" and didn't know what to expect with my "classic full set of eyelashes" Bria the Manager could not have given me any more of her personal attention for each eyelash taking such care and consideration of my sensitive eyes..
