I went in for a birthday Mani Pedi, and a bit of a nail repair, Linh made my appointment so special, truly an amazing experience. Linh even surprised me at the end with a lil gift, i don't believe there's another nail salon on Ottawa with better service or staff then High Definition Spa.

This was our first time at Dilaani Spa, and we absolutely loved the experience! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the space was spotless and relaxing. I love these chicks! Squeezed me in end of day for a fix that I needed. The decided they could fit in the whole full on my gels. Tiffany who was doing the fills took them all off cause they needed it, and took her time and care on a beautiful fresh new set WITH designs for the holidays, despite running well after closing time. They are just the best. I always tell people, best in Ottawa, but yesterday was above and beyond.

The makeup consultation was excellent - answered all the questions I had, I learned I was using some wrong colours, Sarah showed me some application techniques and recommended products. No pressure at all. The facial was exquisite, curated especially for me. Sarah's "facials" really include a full body treatment. Highly, recommend.
