I was in a hurry when I arrived and a little stressed. I was greeted warmly, offered a herbal tea, given a shoulder massage and head massage, this relaxed me totally, a beautiful destress. Wash and blow dryer my hair perfectly for the wedding day I was attending. I loved my experience so much I went back to the Pullman where I was staying and let them know about the salon they were so excited you’re just up the road from them. The experience in the Arctic Room is out of this world! I have been benefiting from the "Cryo" experience for over two years now, here in Sydney and in Europe. The clinic in Double Bay is at least a few steps above any other clinic I have been to - congrats to Regina and Johanna for bringing these high quality equipment to Sydney, feeling grateful to have met Anna (Double Bay clinic), Deanne and Anastasia (Strathfield clinic) - excellent customer service, going above & beyond to ensure the clients are having the best experoence possible. I always feel very zen after 3 mins in the Arctic room!

Great experience at Kryolan Make-Up. My makeup artist Jerome was amazing and knew so much about all the different products and how everything works together. I had booked an appointment as a wedding guest, and my makeup stayed for the whole day and into the night. I also love the setting spray and shimmering foundation I purchased. Also no irritations to my mild rosacea with any of the products used. Highly recommend.
