Amazing treatment today. Visited a number of times since opening and had a number of different treatments. If you are looking for a truely amazing place to relax and reset this is the place to go. All the staff are so welcoming and always give you so much information about all their treatments and really know their stuff and highly experienced. Nothing is too much trouble and the building itself is like stepping into a difference world so relaxing and pieceful.

Just a really lovely experience from the minute you meet Katie. I felt so relaxed and the treatment used makes my skin feel great and looks so much better. I felt like my face was floating away! I’ve been going to Lois for a while now! She’s honest as in she won’t do a treatment of you don’t need it! I have Botox and skin boosters and this time we put skin booster under my eyes! Now I was petrified because I’ve never under my eyes done! Lois is very professional in what she dose talks me through every time and made up we did under the eyes! Thanks Lois x

I've never had a facial before and have little to no understanding of how to care for my skin other than that sold to me through social media, which ive learnt today isn't exactly accurate. Lucy was so friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I feel more empowered to reach my skin goals having had the consultation with Lucy and I'm looking forward to seeing results and returning for my next treatment. Thank you so much.

Gorgeous bespoke facial, coupled with a relaxing neck & shoulder massage. Skin feels and looks lovely afterwards. Lucy was very knowledgeable & advised on new skincare regime to try. Will be back soon!

I had microneedling done with Katie, and the experience was amazing! She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. My skin looks smoother and more radiant already. Highly recommend her for anyone considering microneedling!

My unicorn facial with Lucy was gorgeous from start to finish, she explained everything she was doing and prepared me for the part of the treatment where my skin my feel a bit of tingling. What I’ve came out with is gorgeous younger looking glowing skin! I’ve been seeing Lucy for a year now and honestly my skin has never looked better! Even the product recommendations have been perfect for what I needed! She’s helped boost my confidence and I’m loving all the compliments off everyone 💁🏻‍♀️ thank you Lucy! WOW. I had a Lymphatic Drainage massage + Wood Therapy last night with Alexia and I am soooo impressed. The appointment was amazing from start to finish - from the fluffiness of the robe, the calmness of the treatment space to relaxation room afterwards. I wanted to feel de-bloated and all get the toxic stuff drained out and that is exactly what I felt. 100% going to be implementing Lymphatic Drainage massages into my monthly routine. My body needed that!!!

I’ve been getting treatments from Lucy at Sorella since end of last year my skin has never looked better! Even the aftercare advise and products she’s recommended for home have all been perfect for my skin. Lucy is so friendly and welcoming, alao very knowledgeable when it comes to skin... I have never felt more relaxed or enjoyed a treatment more and can’t wait for the next one... Lucy recommended some high street products which would be beneficial to me and was happy to talk me through a good skincare routine and answered all of my questions. Best money I have ever spent on myself xx

Wonderful location. Girls who work there are lovely and kind too. Explain everything in detail and provide an amazing experience. I had the Japanese head massage and honestly it was amazing. Felt like it had only been 20 minutes it was that good. Thanks for a great experience, I will be back for more treatments too
