Ellie’s professionalism and knowledge when it comes to skincare are second to none. I’ve been to the clinic twice now, and each visit has left me with an even deeper understanding of my skin and how to care for it properly. I’ve had the Glow Facial both times, and it’s genuinely the best facial I’ve had. My skin glows for days afterwards, and Ellie always goes the extra mile by sending me home with skincare samples, the remaining mask to use at home, and personalised product recommendations to fit into my routine. Been coming to Jen for a few years now and I love how she does my nails. Love our chats and shes so easy to talk to. My nails are so neat and she takes her time to get them just right. Would definitely recommend anyone to go to Jen!

Honestly the loveliest girl to go to really took her time going through everything on my consultation telling me what I should get and what I didn't need when I was asking for everything. Lois took the time to really make sure my lips were done as I had a broken jaw in the past an lips were uneven and she spent time checking and filling to make certain they were done right for me , highly highly recommended her , will never go anywhere else

I've never had a facial before and have little to no understanding of how to care for my skin other than that sold to me through social media, which ive learnt today isn't exactly accurate. Lucy was so friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I feel more empowered to reach my skin goals having had the consultation with Lucy and I'm looking forward to seeing results and returning for my next treatment. Thank you so much.

Gorgeous bespoke facial, coupled with a relaxing neck & shoulder massage. Skin feels and looks lovely afterwards. Lucy was very knowledgeable & advised on new skincare regime to try. Will be back soon!

She is not just your beauty therapist, she becomes your friend. Always willing to listen and guide you whilst she provides the best service a girl could ask for!
