I've never had a facial before and have little to no understanding of how to care for my skin other than that sold to me through social media, which ive learnt today isn't exactly accurate. Lucy was so friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I feel more empowered to reach my skin goals having had the consultation with Lucy and I'm looking forward to seeing results and returning for my next treatment. Thank you so much.

My head spa and facial was amazing, this is my favourite place to be over the last couple of months, the treatments are amazing and all the girls are lovely, the atmosphere is so tranquil. I have only had a few treatments but can tell no matter what I picked in the future I know it will be amazing, I highly recommend treating yourself to some me time 🥰

This was my first time visiting Eccleston Aesthetics Salon, and I can honestly say I was so impressed. Jenny was extremely polite, professional and welcoming. I had microneedling, and the attention she gave to my individual skin needs was beyond what I expected. I felt completely cared for throughout the treatment. I would definitely recommend Eccleston aesthetics and will definitely book again

I’ve been going to Lois for a while now! She’s honest as in she won’t do a treatment of you don’t need it! I have Botox and skin boosters and this time we put skin booster under my eyes! Now I was petrified because I’ve never under my eyes done! Lois is very professional in what she dose talks me through every time and made up we did under the eyes! Thanks Lois x

Gorgeous bespoke facial, coupled with a relaxing neck & shoulder massage. Skin feels and looks lovely afterwards. Lucy was very knowledgeable & advised on new skincare regime to try. Will be back soon!

Excellent! Tried the Hydra facial this time. Very relaxing, think I fell asleep. Skin feels refreshed & looks glowing. Just what I needed this time of year to get rid of all the dead skin cells. 5 stars

Lois is fantastic done my botox ,fat dissolver eyebrow and eyelash tint and eyelash lift , can't wait to go back for the skin booster !!!! Highly recommend wouldn't go to anyone else she's fantastic!!!

So so happy with my experience with Lois I was made to feel so comfortable and we’d had an extensive discussion before my treatment as I seem to metabolise the filler really quickly but my lips have stayed so well so far would 100% recommend Lois to anyone as she is so knowledgeable and you know you’re in safe hands with her! 2nd visit to Chemist in Prescot and 2nd Opulence treatment with Anaya - plan to make this a monthly add on to my overall health and wellbeing regime. Anaya has a lovely way about her and I leave feeling both relaxed an revitalised.
