Katie was so welcoming and lovely. Very willing to make any accommodations I needed due to disability. Her salon is one of the most accessible I've been to - Katie answered my questions and sent me a video on instagram of the walk from the car into the salon and showed her whole space. There is just one small step in and the rest is level. Very short walk from parking also, only a few meters. Another worry I often have for waxing is feeling unwelcome due to being fat but Katie made me feel very comfortable and welcome in her salon. I would absolutely reccommend and will definitely return!

Had hot waxing today with Nat for the second time. She put me at ease straight away and surprisingly, it was rather pain free experience. I had a last-minute nail emergency and Elibelle Beauty kindly accommodated me without hesitation. I left feeling relieved and very happy — just like every visit.🥰😘

It was my first time getting an eyebrow lamination wax tint and LVL lash lift tint. Absolutely love my results and chatted away through the whole appointment. Would highly recommend 🩷🩷

I’m always extremely happy with the treatments that I receive from her and they range from gel nails, to laminated brows, to lash services. I absolutely love coming here, Steph listens to me and what I want and always gives me the best results. I will never go anywhere else again! Recently she has given me the hybrid brows and I have had soooooo many compliments on my eyebrows! Will deffo be asking for these again!
