What a lovely relaxing experience. I felt very nurtured and cared for during this treatment with Joanne. Loved the whole experience....heated blanket, body massager whilst the head spa treatment.. a mini facial and hand massage too. Highly recommend. Will be booking again as a special treat to myself. A fabulous day yesterday with Dawn. The salon is warm & welcoming with a lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere with a fab team :) lots of lovely hot drinks and I watched a Christmas film while I had a relaxing hair & scalp treatment :) Dawn was amazing after listening to my ideas & problems with postpartum hair she created the perfect colour & style and I feel amazing ! I was introduced to Ann Therapies through one of my fitness clients for a massage. And it was a wonderfully calm and relaxing experience in a fabulous environment. Ann's experience in her field is truly exceptional. I've been for full body massage treatments and cupping treatment for specific muscles. I would highly recommend Ann therapies.

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Been going to see Ann for awhile now - every treatment I have is excellent and a great price. Highly recommend - wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I arranged this as a treat for my friends birthday and I must say we were not disappointed at the level of care and service we received from Joanne. Joanne informed us of everything that we would receive within our Japanese head spa package, allowing us to choose which fragrance we would like before we relaxed into the treatment. I would recommend a visit to Joanne at Solice as you will walked out feeling so pampered and relaxed.

As someone with coloured hair, I've struggled to find a treatment that brings back its health and shine. The head spa with Jo not only delivered but exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely, and the relaxing music made me feel cosy. Jo even gave me a mini facial and a mini hand massage while the hair treatments worked their magic. I chose the rosemary and mint treatment and my hair has been transformed. It feels softer and looks more shiny than it has since I started colouring it. I'm so impressed and will definitely be back.

I had my first Environ electrical facial and it was a pleasant experience. Beauty therapist Megan asked me first to fill in a personal consultation form and a more in depth from the company Environ. Once in the treatment room, she explained the upcoming procedure in a calm and professional manner. She asked me as well if I had any questions before she started. After a good cleanse of my skin, she started with the light and electric shocks which gave a sort of prickly feeling. I was very relaxed. A creamy thick face mask was layered over my face, eyes and mouth too.
