Wonderfully relaxing experience, made to feel at ease from the start. Room set up is beautiful and small attentions to details such as extremely soft blankets and offer of ice cold water at the end made the treatment even more enjoyable. I was definitely relaxed, managed to fall asleep for a small part of it! Looking forward to trying some different treatments and this one again.

As usual, I had a lovely treatment from Helen this morning, along with a nice, relaxing chat. I always enjoy my visits here and come out feeling positive and really good about myself and I absolutely love the new clinic. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else xx

Very welcoming + friendly lady. Had quite a long acupuncture session - where I fell asleep. Will be returning for a massage next time. Lots of treatments available.

Another wonderful back neck and shoulder massage. Anne really knows what she is doing and in only 4 sessions she has worked on all my knots and really improved my muscles. Thank you

The Solace Head Spa is a beautiful hidden gem in Llandudno - Jo makes you feel so welcome & cared for; the hot stone massage with Japanese head spa after is absolutely fantastic to relax & unwind with. Can not recommend this enough!!

Very relaxing. The therapist was lovely and explained the treatment as I hadn’t been before. Had the head spa, mini facial and hand massage. Would recommend.

As always, visiting Wellness was a very positive experience. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful, and the session with Helen was relaxing, soothing and helpful in my skin care regime. Plusses all round.
