Absolutely amazing experience. I booked a one-hour massage and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Paula was professional, attentive, and really took the time to understand where I was holding tension. The space was clean, calm, and welcoming, which made it easy to fully unwind. This was my first experience of a massage (deep tissue back massage) and it was fantastic. The moment I enter I felt completely at ease and relax with Ceri. She talked me through what she doing in a calm way and applied pressure to suit different areas off my back and neck. I was so relaxed by the end of the session that I could of drifted off for a very long sleep. Would definitely return and highly recommend

I recently experienced an incredible Japanese head massage, which included a scalp analysis that exceeded all expectations. The treatment itself was deeply relaxing — expert, rhythmic movements that melted away every trace of tension. The room was a sensory dream: soft lighting, aromatic oils, gentle music, combined to create an atmosphere of total tranquility. Today I recieved the Pressotherapy and - WOW! It was amazing. The room was comfortable and warm with a relaxing atmosphere. Mia was exceptional in her knowledge and attention to detail. I received a head massage during the Pressotherapy, and felt overwhelmingly relaxed. Following my treatment I was warm all day, relaxed and felt light throughout my legs. A truly beneficial treatment.

Had a full body massage coupled with an express Neal Yards facial….perfect combination and the bewitching thing Lindsey did massaging the eyes during the facial meant I fell into a deep sleep walking myself up snoring and apologising …little did I knew she had left the room!! That’s how relaxed I was. Definitely recommend for anyone after a truly indulgent relaxing experience!! Thanks Lindsey xx

A fabulous day yesterday with Dawn. The salon is warm & welcoming with a lovely friendly relaxed atmosphere with a fab team :) lots of lovely hot drinks and I watched a Christmas film while I had a relaxing hair & scalp treatment :) Dawn was amazing after listening to my ideas & problems with postpartum hair she created the perfect colour & style and I feel amazing ! Thankyou so much Dawn! looking forward to my next visit !

Paula is amazing at what she does. I booked a sports massage for neck and shoulder pain and felt a noticeable difference afterward. She’s very knowledgeable and clearly knows how to target problem areas effectively. The environment was calm, relaxing, and comfortable, and she’s always friendly and professional. Excellent value for money and 100% worth booking if you’re dealing with pain or muscle tension.

I visited Mia for a back massage today. I can only say thank you, thank you! I have had chronic musculoskeletal issues for the last 40 years, due to an underlying connective tissue condition.I have visited countless therapists but none have really helped. Mia was able to find all the problem areas and provide both a therapeutic and relaxing massage. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in musculoskeletal issues and combines this with the luxurious experience of a spa massage. I left feeling listened to,with my issues identified and very relaxed!I very much look forward to my next massage!

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

The new location is fab! Easy to find with the easy to follow directions that I received before my appointment. Still in Conwy but with much better parking and beautiful views! The room had a relaxing, calming vibe for my massage, which was the best as always. Been coming to Healing Hands for monthly massages for almost a year and it never disappoints, completely relaxing and improved my posture. Thank you so much! 💓

Wow, what can I say. Jo made me feel so relaxed in a restful environment. The head spa was the most relaxing thing I’ve ever had. Lovely scented products. The massage, well, I could happily sleep for the rest of the day. The soothing heated massage bench was a very unexpected pleasant experience throughout. I had a wonderful facial. Also a hand massage. I’m really relaxed. If you’re looking for a Japanese head spa, then this is the place for you. I’m definitely going back for more.

My manual lymphatic drainage massage left me feeling lighter, relaxed, and noticeably less swollen. Mia is truly amazing at what she does — she never disappoints! Would 100% recommend

We had a half day spa with full body massage then afternoon tea in the Hall. Wonderful day. The spa is lovely, clean, has all u need, nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, never felt too busy or too quiet, lovely and very helpful staff. Massage was amazing, clearly very experienced, lovely relaxing space, beautiful products, not rushed at all and then relax room was nice. Then afternoon tea at hall was fab. Best one I've ever had with lovely people looking after us and had lovely chat with local staff learning all about the house and local area. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

Wonderful therapeutic Reflexology today. So relaxing in Mia's fantastic hands and her lovely warm and very comfortable therapy room. Mia has an excellent Reflexology technique and I feel so relaxed & energised at the same time. Thank you Mia!

Massage was nice however treatment room was cold and dated. Lacked any calming/relaxing atmosphere. No character whatsoever, was very bare and had a garden chair in room!! Not quite up to luxury spa standards. Light remained on full brightness for majority of massage, which made it difficult to relax and switch-off. No criticism of therapist who was absolutely lovely.

Amazing sports massage! Very welcoming and lovely room made to feel very relaxing with heating and comfy massage bed!! Will definitely be going back again!

I had a lymphatic massage with Sian and wow—what an amazing experience. I could genuinely feel the drainage happening in different parts of my body. I suffer with IBS, and the treatment significantly eased my bloating and stomach pain. The swelling reduced noticeably, and even the puffiness in my face and cheeks went down. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and has helped me massively. I’ll definitely be returning for another session very soon.
