What a lovely relaxing experience. I felt very nurtured and cared for during this treatment with Joanne. Loved the whole experience....heated blanket, body massager whilst the head spa treatment.. a mini facial and hand massage too. Highly recommend. Will be booking again as a special treat to myself. Warm and welcoming and feeling so relaxed

I had a fantastic head massage/treatment with Jo and couldn’t recommend her enough. From start to finish she was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed — you can tell Jo really knows what she’s doing. 🥰

Overall good, but a couple of points for improvement 1) the room was cool, and so throughout I was not as relaxed as I should have been 2) Megan's hands were cold at the start, which detracted from the benefit - I did not mention this, as it would have interrupted the inevitable warm up and self-resolving of the problem 3) given 1), and I would anyway expect this, there should have been a rotation of hot or warm towels to keep me warm and relaxed 4) I would expect more checks on suitability of strength of effort being used through the treatment . . . NOT constantly, but at least 2 or 3x ?
