Mia is a wonderful therapist and knew exactly what my aching postpartum body needed. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome and after the full body massage I felt like I had been reborn. I've had many massages before but this was a first from Mia and wow. I cannot wait to come back.

This was my first experience of a massage (deep tissue back massage) and it was fantastic. The moment I enter I felt completely at ease and relax with Ceri. She talked me through what she doing in a calm way and applied pressure to suit different areas off my back and neck. I was so relaxed by the end of the session that I could of drifted off for a very long sleep. Would definitely return and highly recommend

I visited Mia for a back massage today. I can only say thank you, thank you! I have had chronic musculoskeletal issues for the last 40 years, due to an underlying connective tissue condition.I have visited countless therapists but none have really helped. Mia was able to find all the problem areas and provide both a therapeutic and relaxing massage. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in musculoskeletal issues and combines this with the luxurious experience of a spa massage. I left feeling listened to,with my issues identified and very relaxed!I very much look forward to my next massage!

5 star treatment, had a wonderful back massage

I have just had my 4th lymphatic drainage massage and have seen visible results after every treatment. Mia is very understanding, supportive and extremely knowledgeable and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Another magical treatment by Mia [lymphatic drainage massage] I am in much less pain after my treatment and feel lighter energised and happier. 💛

I had a regular back cleanse and massage, followeb by a cryo (cold therapy) facial. Fabulous experience as always in a very relaxed environment. I can highly recommend experienced Spa therapist Roisin as being highly skilled, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. Everything first class, this is my go to place.

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Such an amazing therapist and a amazing massage, i feel soo much better and relaxed! Such a lovely therapy room, felt very comfortable, would 100% recommend! Xx 💓

Mia is a true professional who knows her craft. Her knowledge of the body is amazing and her treatments and advice will help you make changes to your health which are enormously beneficial. Really enjoyed my first ever Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage by Mia. It was so relaxing and Mia is so professional and personable puts you right at ease. Explaining everything. I could tell the difference immediately when I left clinic. My right hip pain had eased right off and walking was much quicker having suffered since December.
