Absolutely incredible facial with Louise Pynen! Louise was incredibly professional and informative, explaining every step of the process and answering all my questions. She clearly has a deep understanding of skincare and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. What truly sets Louise apart is her holistic approach. She took the time to understand my concerns and preferences, and was incredibly flexible in creating a treatment plan that worked for me and my budget. Louise has such a nurturing and calming presence that I felt completely at ease throughout the entire experience.

Well! What can I say about my experience?! It was so lovely and my skin has never felt better! The products Claire used and the little gift bag are so lovely! I’m converted to a new skincare brand! Claire was so kind and I felt so comfortable. I’m not confident and don’t like large salons but she made me feel so comfortable and not body conscious. She gave me privacy to change and I just felt so accepted. The cute Shepard’s hut made the experience even more lovely. I will return for a lovely facial again and more treatments!

I love my tailored facials with Sam as part of my skin journey, once again Sam spoke to me in detail beforehand to make sure I was happy with what she had in mind and tailored a facial to suit my skin’s needs and work around the other treatments I am currently having at the clinic. It was lovely and relaxing as always and my skin looks and feels amazing after! I always walk in there feeling a bit rubbish but walk out after feeling refreshed and very relaxed!

The best salon EVERRRRR! I always feel listened to and Faye always achieves my goals! She's also realistic and tells me if something is not going to suit my face. I love her work and her whole personality! She makes you feel so relaxed, talks you through everything and is extremely knowledgeable. Iv had facials, micro needling, skin boosters, filler, botox, semaglutide and b12 from her! I wouldn't go anywhere else SHES THE GOAT! X

Amazing as ever! I have seen Louise a few times now for an array of stunning treatments. As she is so incredible I decided to spent the morning of my birthday with her being thoroughly pampered with a facial and my favourite, an Indian head massage. Her work is just phenomenal and I leave every time with glowing skin and feeling so relaxed. Thank you Louise! See you again very soon.

Today was the last treatment on my '6 month Raya Skin Journey', and my skin feels so much plumper and healthier. Sam is lovely, and I've learnt so much. Now that my skin is where it should be I'm looking forward to taking the next step, with Sam guiding me through the best treatments for what I want to acheive. I can't wait!

Louisa is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate skin specialist who listened to all of my concerns and taylored an incredible 2 hour treatment, just for me. She talks you through what she's doing and what it might feel like. She is caring and makes a point of not rushing you at all. Easily one of the best facials and massages I've ever had! I would highly recommend and will be a returning very soon!

Throughly relaxing session, microdedlling by Nicola is an amazing treatment from start to finish. Every step is explained before she begins and the cold marbles really cool the skin .Have just finished seco d session and looking forward you the third.

Rachel is lovely and fantastic at what she does. I had a 45 minute bespoke facial, I felt totally relaxed and cared for. Rachel gives advise for your whole body to give the best care for your skin. I have booked some more treatments and I highly recommend Rachel, so pleased that I have made the first step in treating myself on a regular basis.

Have had my second treatment of a Carbon facial and fell asleep and woke up with such a radiant, plump and glowing face. I went out for the day with zero makeup on just SPF. Was such a confidence boost. As always Sam provided her calm, professional and friendly persona to the entire treatment. Can't wait to see my before and after pictures at the end of my 6months. All my friends are saying my skin looks amazing and that's just after one treatment!! Thank you Sam

Today I had the absolute pleasure of having my first bt-advanced II facial with Katy, it was absolutely incredible. The attention to detail from the moment I entered, to the moment I left was nothing but exceptional service. My first facial of my skin journey following skin lesion treatment & it was amazing! I’ve never felt so relaxed, felt like I was floating! Having fibromyalgia I’m constantly in pain but can honestly say I felt pain-free for the whole hour for the first time in years which was the best feeling! Skin looks & feels great too & Sam talked me through it every step of the way & made sure I was completely comfortable. Would highly recommend signing up for this, worth every penny & I feel confident Sam is going to completely transform my skin by the end of this, it’s already looking so much better!

I had a Glow restore facial from Carol and it was the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! My skin has never felt so smooth, soft and refreshed. Such a calming experience from start to finish. I left feeling completely pampered. I can’t wait to come back – highly recommend!
