It has a lovely welcoming vibe. Staff are friendly and gave good advice. Faye was amazing and she was checking often if I was ok. It has a private room to get your treatments done. Faye was really good and her other staff were really nice.

It was absolutely amazing, Hannah was a breath of fresh air and her amazing work has left me feeling completely reset and relaxed. i’ve tried so many different treatments/therapies on the hunt for my perfect self-care escape and this has just topped it all. her energy and attention to care has left me feeling so so good. couldn’t recommend her enough!!!

3 sessions of PRP and microneedling completed. Great experience, everything explained. I felt safe and well cared for. I am really pleased with results already, pores and wrinkles reduced, skin firmer and Iave had compliments on my skin from others. I had the most amazing dermaplane facial with Katie. I was actually speechless at how amazing my skin looked, fresh, glowy and soft. It was very relaxing and I am so happy with my results. If I had any questions Katie answered them, she was very knowledgable and gave great advice when I asked about aftercare. I am so happy and I can’t wait to book in for my next one! 11/10!

I had such an amazing experience with Faces by Faye! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Faye is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. The results are absolutely flawless – natural, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes so much pride in her work. The clinic is spotless and has such a calm, welcoming vibe too. I had the most incredible Fire & Ice facial with Emma, and it truly exceeded all expectations. During the treatment, she also introduced her solution-focused hypnotherapy, which added such a unique and powerful dimension to the experience. I felt instantly more relaxed, drifting beautifully between a subconscious and conscious state while enjoying the facial massage—it was deeply calming and restorative. Great experience.I was explained a personalised treatment,what to expect and the process involving.Microneedling was not painful and what a bonus to nurture your skin with your own natural resources. Again it was an excellent appointment with the multi talented Jemma who always puts you at ease, is so friendly and knowledgable, on the cutting edge of aesthetics, can give great advise, is never pushy, but always gets you the best results at such a competative price point too. Jemma has been able to get me my glow back and rehydrate my parched 61 yr old skin in three visits with skin boosters. I am thrilled. I would not choose to go to any one else. I can really trust her expertise and her passion for her work.
