She clearly has a deep understanding of skincare and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. What truly sets Louise apart is her holistic approach. She took the time to understand my concerns and preferences, and was incredibly flexible in creating a treatment plan that worked for me and my budget. Louise has such a nurturing and calming presence that I felt completely at ease throughout the entire experience.

Amazing as ever! I have seen Louise a few times now for an array of stunning treatments. As she is so incredible I decided to spent the morning of my birthday with her being thoroughly pampered with a facial and my favourite, an Indian head massage. Her work is just phenomenal and I leave every time with glowing skin and feeling so relaxed. Thank you Louise! See you again very soon.

Louisa is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate skin specialist who listened to all of my concerns and taylored an incredible 2 hour treatment, just for me. She talks you through what she's doing and what it might feel like. She is caring and makes a point of not rushing you at all. Easily one of the best facials and massages I've ever had! I would highly recommend and will be a returning very soon!

Another lovely experience in a beautiful beauty cabin at Hortons Beauty . Had my nails done this time , from the minute arrive to the end it’s relaxed comfortable and a choice of beverages are available if wanted . Will be returning again for more treatments

First was the lovely pedicure with gel nails then the facial , Wow wow wow , what can I say, I’ve had many a facial in my 53 yrs in many a different places all over the uk and abroad and this has to beat hands down the best one yet . It was so relaxing , I came out glowing and so chilled not only that the best products are used . I will certainly be returning for a repeat performance in a few weeks time .

Today I had the absolute pleasure of having my first bt-advanced II facial with Katy, it was absolutely incredible. The attention to detail from the moment I entered, to the moment I left was nothing but exceptional service. This facial was special and the products smelt amazing, combined with all their nourishing ingredients benefits for my skin. My skin feels amazing, well nourished, hydrated and a brighter complexion. I had a Glow restore facial from Carol and it was the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! My skin has never felt so smooth, soft and refreshed. Such a calming experience from start to finish. I left feeling completely pampered. I can’t wait to come back – highly recommend!
