She clearly has a deep understanding of skincare and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. What truly sets Louise apart is her holistic approach. She took the time to understand my concerns and preferences, and was incredibly flexible in creating a treatment plan that worked for me and my budget. Louise has such a nurturing and calming presence that I felt completely at ease throughout the entire experience.

It has a lovely welcoming vibe. Staff are friendly and gave good advice. Faye was amazing and she was checking often if I was ok. It has a private room to get your treatments done. Faye was really good and her other staff were really nice.

I love my tailored facials with Sam as part of my skin journey, once again Sam spoke to me in detail beforehand to make sure I was happy with what she had in mind and tailored a facial to suit my skin’s needs and work around the other treatments I am currently having at the clinic. It was lovely and relaxing as always and my skin looks and feels amazing after! I always walk in there feeling a bit rubbish but walk out after feeling refreshed and very relaxed!

Amazing as ever! I have seen Louise a few times now for an array of stunning treatments. As she is so incredible I decided to spent the morning of my birthday with her being thoroughly pampered with a facial and my favourite, an Indian head massage. I had such an amazing experience with Faces by Faye! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. Faye is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to listen to what you want. The results are absolutely flawless – natural, fresh, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes so much pride in her work. The clinic is spotless and has such a calm, welcoming vibe too. Louisa is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate skin specialist who listened to all of my concerns and taylored an incredible 2 hour treatment, just for me. She talks you through what she's doing and what it might feel like. She is caring and makes a point of not rushing you at all. Easily one of the best facials and massages I've ever had! I would highly recommend and will be a returning very soon!

The best salon EVERRRRR! I always feel listened to and Faye always achieves my goals! She's also realistic and tells me if something is not going to suit my face. I love her work and her whole personality! She makes you feel so relaxed, talks you through everything and is extremely knowledgeable. Iv had facials, micro needling, skin boosters, filler, botox, semaglutide and b12 from her! I wouldn't go anywhere else SHES THE GOAT! X

Have had my second treatment of a Carbon facial and fell asleep and woke up with such a radiant, plump and glowing face. I went out for the day with zero makeup on just SPF. Was such a confidence boost. As always Sam provided her calm, professional and friendly persona to the entire treatment. Can't wait to see my before and after pictures at the end of my 6months. My first facial of my skin journey following skin lesion treatment & it was amazing! I’ve never felt so relaxed, felt like I was floating! Having fibromyalgia I’m constantly in pain but can honestly say I felt pain-free for the whole hour for the first time in years which was the best feeling! Skin looks & feels great too & Sam talked me through it every step of the way & made sure I was completely comfortable. As always, Sam is so professional. She talks you through every treatment, and how the products work. Being a skin care novice I always ask a lot of questions and Sam is happy to explain & answer them all with a great depth of knowledge, making it easy to understand. On top of that, every treatment has always been soooo relaxing, and I'm already seeing results after only 3 treatments. Can't wait for my next treatment with Sam.

The Bio-Therapeutic clinic is a beautiful and tranquil space. I had a wonderful repair treatment with Carol who talked me through each individual aspect of the treatment and discussed products that would help me maintain my skin and reduce the signs of ageing. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, which as a mum to a toddler is a rarity!

Great carbon facial with Sam. I’d recently had some skin concerns but Sam reassured me and tailored the treatment to ensure I was comfortable. My skin is plumper, visibly refreshed and feels so smooth.
