Friendly atmosphere, fabulous nail art deaigns from all staff. Salon Will always try to accommodate. Ive been attending this salon and their previous one for years. Even though ive moved out the area to the other side of Birmingham I still make time in my schedule to attend an appointment as finding a good nail technician is priceless. 🖤💅

Had my manicure and pedicure done by Vicky and couldn't be happier! She was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I sat down, and the results were exactly what I asked for. My nails look fantastic and the whole experience was relaxing and professional. Will definitely be booking with Vicky again!

First time having micro-needling today, Hannah was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable as I was slightly nervous, she was really informative and gave me some great advice for my skin I felt so relaxed during my treatment and really enjoyed the whole experience, I’ve already booked my next session and cannot wait, I know the results will be amazing as Hannah really knows her stuff, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin apart from Hannah 😍

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I’ve had a great experience with Chyna. She is always friendly, professional, and makes me feel completely at ease throughout every appointment. She explains everything clearly, is very thorough, and takes the time to ensure I’m comfortable during the treatment. I absolutely love my appointments with Hannah. She is a pleasure to be around, she is always honest with me and makes me feel at ease despite me hating needles being in my face! I am confident Hannah would never carry out any treatments if she didn't think they were for you. Hannah has taken years off my face but I still look and feel completely natural , so thank you xx

I’ve been seeing Hannah since September of last year, ever since moving to a different city i needed to find my go to person, and I haven't looked back! I've been getting HydraFacials and microneedling treatments, and I can honestly say she's amazing. She makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. My skin has massively improved ever since going to her!
