From the welcoming tea, the scalp and hair assessment to the whole treatment including hair, scalp and facial — everything was so deeply relaxing. This place is absolutely amazing! The doctor who administered my botox injections really took the time to understand my needs and expectations and I am extremely happy with the results (no more angry frown lines!). The laser tech is a gem and constantly checks in with me during the procedure to gauge my discomfort level so that I can get the most out of my treatments without damaging my fair/sensitive skin (face). Last but not least, the front desk guy is a sweetheart and always greets me by name. The customer service here is shockingly good and the prices are competitive. FIVE STARS!
