Ruby was the sweetest, kindest, and most welcoming person, but also incredibly talented. She was truly amazing. I had the most wonderful and relaxing treatment and facial it exceeded all my expectations. Although I asked a ton of questions, she was so patient, open, and genuinely happy to explain everything. She walked me through every step and took her time, even though it was a long appointment. I’m so grateful for how incredible she made me feel. I had no choice but to book another appointment and hug her before I left. I can’t recommend her enough.

After 20 years of doing laser IPL snd seeing very little results but when i came to this place, Rachel told me exactly what was wrong with my Skin and that IPL laser is only for surface hairs. Her laser with the cold blowing air is the Real thing that takes ur hairs from the Roots!! After 1 treatment, i felt it, i saw n felt no hairs and have 1 more session and it will be hair free! Awwwwww finally got what ive been dresming of and with a pro! Definitely recommend Medz salon for us lebanese girls.

I had my first visit with Ruby for a 90 minute facial and I wish I can give 10 stars!! The room is so inviting, warm and tranquil as was the music and such pleasant atmosphere. Ruby was fantastic and professional, I received an amazing treatment and felt extremely relaxed afterwards. I will certainly be coming back very soon!

Ruby and Jess are always so warm and welcoming. Everything there is super luxuriously cute, clean, and cozy! The space is always ready and organized and just soooo relaxing. I highly recommend to anyone looking for professionals who are incredibly well informed and know how to help you care for your skin. Their facials are elaborate and tailored to your needs. They adjust as they go to make sure your concerns are addressed. I also highly recommend Ruby for her insane talent at doing lashes🥰

This place is absolutely amazing! The doctor who administered my botox injections really took the time to understand my needs and expectations and I am extremely happy with the results (no more angry frown lines!). The laser tech is a gem and constantly checks in with me during the procedure to gauge my discomfort level so that I can get the most out of my treatments without damaging my fair/sensitive skin (face). Last but not least, the front desk guy is a sweetheart and always greets me by name. The customer service here is shockingly good and the prices are competitive. FIVE STARS!

Excellent experience. Paulina was highly professional, knowledgeable, and very precise in her consultation. She asked targeted questions to clearly understand the result I wanted and demonstrated a strong command of color theory throughout the service. She successfully performed a color correction after a previous treatment elsewhere caused my hair to lift too warm. She immediately identified the issue and corrected it beautifully. The final result was balanced, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend for expert color work.

Amazing service! They’re very honest and super sweet. As a middle eastern girl I struggled to find a good beauty salon that can provide factual info about how certain treatments would react to my skin type. They really know a lot about their machines and I can honestly say it’s they have the best machines in mtl that I could find in the past 8 years, & I’ve been searching and trying different places. I had such a wonderful experience at this spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. The atmosphere was peaceful, beautifully designed, and instantly helped me relax. My therapist Prae Panita was incredibly skilled, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury with such warm, personalized service. I can’t recommend this spa highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
