I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years. The massage was wonderful and the reflexology was incredible. Such a lovely, relaxing experience from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and already wanting to book again 💕

As before consultation and treatment were excellent, and the aftercare was equally outstanding. Aze and Hugo demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise throughout, making the entire experience reassuring and effective. Acupuncture helped me with my sciatica pain and the deep tissue massage and stretches were excellent. I will continue doing them at home. Highly recommended! See you both next week 😀

Today I had a lymphatic and wood therapy full body massage, with the add on of facial lymphatic and sculpt, wow what can I say! Charlotte takes the time to understand exactly what I wanted and work more on my problem areas, without leaving out anything else. she doesn’t rush a single thing and takes her time making you feel like your the only person that matters, her extensive knowledge, experience and professionalism is what will continue to keep bringing me back. Body soul and mind is the only place i genuinely relax! Thank you X

Aze was such a breath of fresh air, she was so warm and welcoming and very generous with her knowledge and insights. I learnt so much about my body and really appreciated her honesty around what I needed and lifestyle changes I should consider. I booked in for accupuncture and was pleasantly surprised it was also combined with a tailored massage and great advice. Im so glad I discovered this hidden gem, and I will be booking again.
