I had an amazing experience at 1111. I had a buccal massage, a facial, and an Indian head massage, and every treatment was excellent. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The highlight for me was definitely the buccal massage. I could already notice that my face felt more lifted and sculpted immediately after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, calming, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend 1111 to anyone looking for high-quality treatments and a truly relaxing experience.

I had such a lovely experience at this head spa. The environment was calm and really relaxing. Vee was amazing, attentive, polite, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. The scalp analysis was thorough and the massage was incredible. She was also so friendly and easy to talk to, which really made the experience. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully set up to help you switch off completely. The therapist was incredibly skilled—applying the perfect balance of pressure and technique. You can tell this isn’t just a routine massage; it felt deeply therapeutic, targeting tension I didn’t even realise I was holding in my scalp, neck, and shoulders.

Charlie is always polite and welcoming. Puts you instantly at ease. He is good at listening to what issues you have gives a good massage. He then gives additional support and aftercare for you to use between massages.

I was lucky enough to win a competition for a free full body massage & upgraded to include reflexology too. So glad I did! Jo was amazing from the first messages right through to the treatment itself. She made me feel completely at ease and so comfortable, like I’d known her for years.
