I come regularly to have acupuncture/ massage and there is always an amazing difference when I leave. Today however I feel even more better coming out, I am having a flare up so my whole body is stiff, tense and in pain and I noticed how much it had eased by the time I left! Thankyou both

I had a wonderful acupuncture and massage session with At Home Holistic Therapies on Monday. From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease — the environment was calming, and Hugo & Aze were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The acupuncture was gentle but effective, and the massage really helped release deep tension I’ve been holding onto. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and genuinely relaxed. Thank you for such a healing experience — I’ll definitely be booking again!

My first massage with Charlotte and she didnt let me down. Great setting and atmosphere. Felt so relaxed i did doze off at one point! Will definitly be returning!

I’ve just completed a 6 weeks course with Charlotte. I had manual lymphatic body massage and face lift massage. I’m blown away with the results. My sleeping improved, my digestive issues improved and my skin had an added glow to it. I cannot recommend Charlotte enough. Her warm nature makes you feel comfortable and her massage is a wonderful gift.

Vicky worked her magic, as always, kneading out the stubborn knots in my back, neck and shoulders. Thoroughly enjoyed my massage today and left feeling relaxed 😌

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to you earlier this week! A great first experience. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome! Hugo and Aze greeted me and welcomed me to their practice. Aze took all the information and then discussed our options . The acupuncture was painless and Hugo followed with the manipulation, massage and cupping. They were very professional. Will definitely be coming back again.

Over the moon with my lash lift. I actually look awake again! My Swedish back massage was bliss too! Vicky tackled all the knots in my back, neck and shoulders, leaving me feeling totally relaxed.

I hobbled in on 6th Sept with my walking stick and in extreme pain. I had been suffering since April. I had a slipped disc that had caused painful sciatica down my left leg. Following my acupuncture and massage treatment from Axe and Hugo I am now pain free and walking 10,000 steps a day. I can't thank them enough. Miracle workers ❤️

The service received today was very satisfying. A thorough assessment was carried out and acted upon accordingly. I left feeling rejuvenated after the acupuncture and massage. I also received some useful information on exercises in order to improve my posture. Thank you for time, attentive attitude and care and I will be returning soon.
